Why? Help Me Understand

I like the third Hokage. I really do(what i don't like are his fappers) but tell me why people consider him to be a good hokage? Other than Tobirama(his fault the Uchiha are extinct, and this war would have ended forever ago if he didn't create edo tensei) Hiruzen is arguably the worst hokage. He wasn't even really one when you look at it objectively. Danzo was running the show and Hiruzen a figurehead. But that's my opinion I want to hear yours. Do you agree disagree and why?

Danzo went behind his back....And i consider him to be a good Hokage because he always looked for a peacefull and resonable way for the village. but then again people have diffrent opinions.

People will still talk about the hype.
Hiruzen genuinely cared about the village.
Looking after Sasuke and Naruto and guiding the young minds into undertsand the concept of the "will of fire".
Also taught the Sannin who were invaluable in the war.
What more can you ask from him?

I don't like Hiruzen as a kage at all.

If Hiruzen was a real Hokage he would've dissolved Root and killed Danzo.
He was way too soft.
