Why hasn't Tobi ever used / shown MS?

The title says it all. He brags about his power and Uchiha pride yet I don't recall ever seeing Tobi's ms?

tobi only shows 1 eye, but if he could somhow show hes ms, kishi would give us a big tip, thats why i think is kishi the one who doesnt show nothing or very little things of tobi...
