Well observed, but the part about identifying the chakra as being Shisui's only pertains to the color of his eye chakra. He commented about the arm and shoulder because it was clearly not part of Danzo's original body. Back than we simply thought it was Hashi DNA being added, but now we know it was a separate arm entirely. Either way, he wasn't identifying the arm and shoulder as being Shisuis, only his eye.

Now that I think about it it makes sense as to why all the shin have sharingan. It couldn't have been implants for 3 reason.

1. There are just too many
2. How do you explain Giant shin having sharingan
3. They all have the same MS.

If shin is a clone of an uchiha then it makes sense why he and his clones have sharingan.

It can also explain why Orochimaru didn't clone uchihas he like despite having the potential. The clones produce inferior mangekyo sharingans. Let's all be real shin uchiha has the worst known MS ability and none ever used Susanoo.

It looks like Kishimoto just retconned Danzo's arm being Shisui's.

How is it a 'retcon' when the arms was said to have Shisui's chakra even in the beginning...He stole only one eye from Shisui after all..

Even tho i was one of the people who speculated that shin = shisui. That would've killed shisui's character honestly.

Looking at the Viz (and raws as well)- Ao was surprised at seeing the sharingan chakra in general. However, "in addition" the specific color of Shisui's eye. He makes a distinction between the eye and the arm.

This just confirms that Danzo had only Shisui's eye.

Shisui just died w/o both eyes and his body was found in the Nakano River by the Uchiha Police Force... later being completely destroyed obviously given that is standard for formidable shinobi so that others do not obtain their genetic material.
