Obito proved that Sharingan can be performed on the Tailed Beast from inside the Jinchuriki. So basically, Sasuke could solo glance inside Naruto's mind Solo Glance the Tailed Beast then Solo Glance Naruto.

OT: Sasuke's genjutsu should be like MT which even caught Bee who was a perfect jinchuuriki, and even Obito caught a perfect jin. in genjutsu, but whatever Naruto is like Sasuke's equal so he is probably immune just cuz.

Kishi doesn't want to end the fight too soon, so he restricted the department that Sasuke is godly in and Naruto is fodder in – genjutsu.

Sasuke could literlly neg-diff Naruto with the Solo Glance, but plot is holding him back.

Sasuke doesn't want to use it because he knows Naruto could release it in less than a second, no way solo glance or solo clap is soloing Naruto, not at all.
