Why hasn't Sasuke used Black Receivers?

It's a pretty cool technique, why didn't he use it against Kinshiki or Momoshiki?
It would've been a good time to pull it out when Momoshiki wasn't looking at Boruto and Sasuke.....

if it's true what the Narutopedia alleges about the 4th DB stating any Rinnegan user can use those receivers, Sasuke may simply not know how to produce them. Which would be funny, because he's supposed to be a genius and everything.....

that's not necessarily true, because Obito didn't get impaled by GM and learned how to produce them.
