Why hasn't Sasuke shown all the Path Rinnengan jutsu?

As we know Sasuke in VOTE 2 was new to the rinnengan, so it is logical to not have all the jutsu and it is the reason why Sasuke couldn't use preta path and jutsu a offensive jutsu at the same time.

How come in Boruto the movie Sasuke didn't show any of the Rinnengan jutsu except for flying and teleporting? Sasuke is supposed to be more experienced with his Rinnengan. Sasuke didn't even try using Preta Path.

Same reason why Naruto uses rasengan instead all of the bijuu techs and why Kakashi spams raikiri instead of using his 1000 jutsus. Kishi is way too lazy.

His editor forced Kishi to not make Naruto die because he needed him to live on to produce Boruto. Once Ikemoto got what he wanted he disposed of Naruto.

Both Naruto and Sasuke were nerfed in Boruto the Movie. There wouldn't be much of a fight if they went all out. In regards to Sasuke's Six Path abilities, the manga and simple common sense should lead you to believe he has all of them.

Sasuke has shown these Rinnengan jutsu yet didn't do them in Boruto the movie:

Chibaku Tensei, he show on the 9 Bijuus
Outer Path, he does it to power up his Susano with the 9 Bijuu
Preta Path, he absorbs Kurama chakra

Those are the moves Sasuke used in Vote 2 but not in Boruto the movie.

Wouldn't have made a single difference in the VOTE 2 fight. Naruto would just output more power, just enough to counter his attacks. If Naruto went 100%, the fight wouldn't last long at all.

The problem isn't Sasuke didn't use all the Rinnengan against Naruto at VOTE 2, the problem is the Boruto movie Sasuke hardly used his Rinnengan at all except for teleporting.

Well plot is the obvious/best answer. Neither Naruto nor Sasuke used all of their powers against the villain.
