Why hasn't Obito used other Rinnegan abilities? And Could he use them if he wants?

I understand this may seem like an old topic, but this has been bugging me a lot. Back when Obito had Madara's left Rinnegan implanted into his eye, why didn't he use other Rinnegan abilities? Is he able to use Rinnegan abilities at all? Some have said he didn't use the other Rinnegan abilities because Naruto, Kakashi, & Guy had Intel on the Rinnegan through the Pain Invasion, thus using them wouldn't really prove or help him. Please let me know your opinions on this so my mind can be at ease.

I've only seen Obito do Gedo stuff (outer path) with his Rinnegan. The whole the thing is kind of confusing. Madara hasn't shown the same abilities as Nagato and they both use Madara's eyes.

madara taught him how to do them. he almost used human path on yamato.
used rinne tensei and most likely preta when he absorbed madaras sage senjutsu.
plot held him back, he didnt use any as a jin which was dumb.

Madara actually has been shown using techniques that Nagato has done.

Remember when he came back after using Rinne Tensei and BZ was controlling him. He took back control and hit Madara in the chest with his hands to steal some bijuu chakra.

The second one I know he can use Absorption Soul Technique to take their soul and get intel. Also the third link helps prove that he can a bit. Although i'm curious as to what Uchiha kinjutsu he was taught.

Naruto & Sasuke did the same thing to Obito in order to get the tailed beast out of them, but they don't have the Rinnegan.

he had to absorb sage chakra to make the staff and get a connection to the bijuu to pull them out.

Obito admitted to not being able to control the Rinnegan completely. Another thing people forget is he has half a body made out of Hashirama cells/Zetsu. Nobody else took notice or remember Madara telling Obito he couldn't be a Shinobi any more. Almost all his moves where either dojutsu or low level ninjutsu combined with his kamui for added effect. Being able to use path abilities required the manipulation of large amounts of chakra in which Obito couldn't do. As for why he didn't use any Mangekyo abilities after obtaining two, he was double dying, bijuu extraction x 11, forcing Kamui trying to keep up with Kaguya and find Sasuke, he had no time or chakra.

Madara did indeed say so, but how come he was able to fight others and as a true ninja without losing that arm? Sure in the past he couldn't do much, but when the war started he was able to do much more. Also it isn't called, "Zetsu," its called, "Hashirama's Artificial Body," which was put on the right side of his body. Madara also taught him techniques before passing and "low level ninjutsu?" Before the war I would agree, but in this case, no. If Obito was in top notch perfect condition with both of his original eyes then he could do alot more then what he was able to do. He did in fact state that Sakura's chakra was barely enough after all.

Maintaining the Six Paths technique on jinchūriki was taxing on his reserves. He simply couldn't use more techniques though I'm positive he knew how since he seemed to know all about the Rinnegan.

Obito was able to use: Absorption Soul Technique, Demonic Statue Chains, & Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique (Rinne Rebirth). As well as control the Gedo Mazo.
