Why hasn't Naruto taught Boruto and Himawari some powerful technique?

As we know here are Naruto techinques:

Rasengan (Boruto has it)
Shadow Clone (Boruto has it)
Multi Shadow Clone
Odama Rasengan
Rasenshuriken
Sage Mode
Bijuu Dama
Summoning jutsu (Need contract so not possible)
Bijuu transformation (Need bijuu so not possible)

There might be more I forgot but anyway the point is Boruto only got 2 skills from Naruto while Himawari has got none of Naruto skills.

Lee was a kid and was taught the gates which was a forbidden jutsu.
Naruto was a kid and was taught to control Kurama and Rasengan.
Sasuke was a kid and was taught Chidori.
Choji was a kid and had medicine which could kill him.

Honestly, Naruto isn't a good teacher overall. It doesn't make him a bad person, he's just not good at learning or teaching. He's more hands on.

Naruto at Boruto's age didn't know those moves. The multi shadow clones require immense chakra, which can't be taught.
