She really has to do this more often, even if it's for combat.
I understand her punches are strong but they're not going to precisely cut something off/open like a Chidori.

Kishi really had to make her use this more often while fighting people.

Sakura isn't that skilled at CQC as much as Kabuto. Her punches don't require as much accuracy since the Area Of Effect is so great.

Exactly, why would she used a scalpel to fight if Chakra Enhanced Strength causes more damage, and can be used in several other ways than just punching the target.
