Both haku and zabuza were kage level in their own right. Zabuza was stronger than kakashi without mangekyo, and haku was stronger than both of them. Kakashi was kage or near kage level when he fought zabuza the first time, and was kage level the second time they fought. Yamato is jonin level, but would lose to zabuza due to his silent killing technique. Kakashi , with mangekyo would still have trouble with haku for 4 reasons. Hakus crystal ice mirrors, which defeated even the most skilled jonin, was undefeatable, given the fact that haku didn't want to kill sasuke or naruto, having many chances to do so and being in a very weak state when he versed naruto in e tails chakra. His speed was astonishing , faster than raikages teleportation technique being that he traveled at instantaneous speed, probably near 2nd hokages speed if not the 4th hokages space time ninjutsu technique. The second reason is his thick hidden mist jutsu technique, which is probably on par with zabuzas silent killing being that he could nail his targets I. Darkness by just the sound of their movements. It was shown in the anime that his Silent killing was somewhat matching zabuzas in different moments. The third reason is his kekkei genkei's ability to manipulate water by his will and not by a jutsu technique , which he can use to his advantage without there even being water present due to his other kekkei genkei's ability and the fourth reason.. His trump card.. Ice style jutsu. He can create ice style jutsu from thin air, without there being water present , making him a very dangerous ninja. He uses his space time ninjutsu to create ice mirrors appear from anywhere he desires in an instant and can attack from behind and use his speed to attack directly of needed. That being said, this is how the battle would play out. Zabuza takes Yamato, haku takes kakashi. Zabuza uses hidden mist jutsu and haku uses crytal ice mirrors to trap kakashi. Zabuza takes advantage of Yamato being that he is virtually blind, and strikes every time Yamato makes a sudden move. Kakashi uses lighting blade , but haku uses his hidden mist jutsu to thicken the mist even further , making kakashi completely blind and vulnerable. Haku waist no time and uses his space time ninjutsu popping up from mirror to mirror and using ice spears to immobilize kakashi and fatally wounding him. After kakashi is unable to move, he uses his needles to hit kakashi in his neck and heart, precise accuracy and kakashi dies. Kakashi is unable to uses kamui on hakus techniques because he can not see where they are coming from. It would be over I. A matter of seconds. Zabuza has also fatally wounded Yamato after a few minutes into their battle. Haku comes to assist, and zabuza undoes his hidden mist jutsu , as does haku. They look at Yamato and zabuza says " this battle was decided before you took your first step to go up against me". Then zabuza uses the executioners blade to cut his head off. Game over.
