Why Hagaromo did not give Ashura descendent intelligent instead?

Hagaromo said that Ashura rely on others for powers and he was not a intelligent type of person as Indra

Ashura need tail beast chakra/powers to fight indra and also ninja support.

Current Naruto need the power of all tailbeast to get in order to get black orb,support (tail beasts guiding Naruto in battle) and their special skilsl to be effective in battle.

Why Hagaromo did not give Ashura descendent intelligent ,so he will come up with a better solution to stop the uchiha's hatred cycles of hatred,because their battle still continue till now.This shows that Ashura fails to stop indra at different generation or indra outsmarted him at the end (for example Madara outsmart Hashirama).If Ashura was given intelligent by hagaromo,then he will learn numerous ninjutsu which will be effective in battle with his large chakra reserve.He will outclass an indra descendent .

Never said that Ashura was stupid, surprisingly thats a quality unique to Naruto. First stupidness was a trait of Naruto. The Sage said Naruto was stupid unlike other reincarnations.
Two, that was not a bijuu as we know of. It may a bijuu mode made from ashura's own chakra.

he didn't get any of his father's power or the eyes at birth because some children don't inherit powers . abilitys or eyes like their parents . the Sage said theres was an extreme difference between Asura and Indra's power at first but after busting his ass off Asura was able to be equal to Indra , Asura probally had moves like toad sage and rasangan simlar to naruto then bijuu's came later on in his life
