why girls question everything

I few days ago i told a girl i liked her and she didnt reply me back and just hugged me, i was ok with that since i dont wanna have anything serious it was just the heat of the moment nevertheless i do like her but i just didnt want to say it.
Then a few days after we were texting and she told me she had a question and then told me she wanted to know why i like her. And it's not the only time that has happened to me, with all the girls i tell i like them they all end up asking me why.

I know if somebody told me she liked me, i would just take the compliment and wouldnt even think about the reasons of why, maybe after some time of dating i would ask her but not right away like women do.

What's your opinion on this?
