1. IN the chunin exms sasuke's speed was greater than lee's and his sand was not able to protect him[remember] and when he defeated Jugo.
2. The fire and amataresu attacks i mentioned is by combining his speed with these attacks[Like going at back of him speedly and then boom].

OT:I think sasuke would win high diff. He's a though opponent 4 sasuke cuz of his defense but sasuke can still take this. He can outrun his sand like he did last time. Plus he's better an Enton now he can spread AMA everywhere n control it. He's susanoo is finally complete n harder 2 pierce. Sasuke has to b standing on sand 4 garaa to pull him out of susanoo but I don't think he can do this without oonoki. Genjutsu is a problem with or without shukaku he won't b able 2 break out of it. So I think sasuke got this
