From what we have seen, the tailed beasts main dangerous attack is the bijju-dama (tailed beast bomb). if you take that out, why do people fear them so much?
I may be underestimating their power because of the fight scene between tobi + bijjus vs naruto + bee + kakashi + gai. but i dont think its just that, i kind of feel their power is lacking.
from what i can see or understand, the beasts are just large and give power ups to individuals. then they have their one powerful attack, which is kinda slow tbh...in terms of the speed we have seen of top ninjas.
so why fear them?
[my theory is that a single country would lose a lot of members if a bijju attacked it, but if a lot of countries joined forces, the multiple kages would be able to stop the bijjus.]
