2 eyes gives you the ultimate attack and defense at the same time, not just one, 2 probably enhanced the power of the Kamui too.

And to add to that double ms users get susanno as well and given obito's expertise he'd probably advance it toperfect susanno, or complete susanno

Theoretically, if Obito had both of his eyes he would be a god, seriously, it's the most broken ability ever made.
