I don't agree with his list cause some of them aren't asspulls but Kakashi getting PS is definitely an asspull. The rest are just inconsistencies/flaws.

There aren't asspulls lol. There are just things that happen out of nowhere, because it's a surprise. If there weren't any surprises in this manga, it'd be boring.

Also, Madara using Kamui wasn't an "asspull." It was never stated you couldn't warp with Juubi. Viz translation says Obito just couldn't phase attacks.
