Uchiha Mikoto - Sasuke Mother
Uchiha Uruchi - wife of Teyaki Uchiha, and was renown as a small bakery owner located on the Uchiha compound.

But If you asking if there were any Kunoichi (female ninja) in Uchiha Clan.. then no.. Apparently All males from Uchiha clans are the only ninja
