Why don't Tobi (Madara) uses the Rinne Tensei?

Just one thing that really don't make sense to me....

I'm sure that no one will argue with me that Tobi, and no matter who he really is, wanted Nagato to use the rinne tensei to revive the real madara's body that was in the 6th casket.

But now he has the rinnegan, so why don't he simply uses this technique?

Great question. My best "guess" that i could offer is that the rinnegan belonged to Nagato and its his rinnegan, Tobi has a transplanted rinnegan. So if getting a rinnegan transplant is the same as a sharingan transplant, then maybe he doesnt have acess to all of its powers, or maybe just not to the power that the original had. I know that its said with the sharingan its said you need the uchia body. but maybe its something similar with the rinnegan too.

Thats a good question. I guess its because Madara's soul is not in the Pure world. And although Tobi could just use Human path to remedy that, he'd still have to risk facing Madara to accomplish that.
