They will, but it all depends on how Man of Steel is going to turn out. They will have to adjust the JLA universe to the styling of of that film.
Zack SNyder already revealed he'll make a few references to the JLA-universe.
Rumors are that IF they will work up the JLA project, the most logical choice might be to go with a 'world's Finest' movie first, with just Batman and SUperman.
Followed by movies from the other of the 'Big five'.(Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and Flash)
But I'm already excited for this movie, Superman will singlehandedly make the Avengers look like the boyscouts.

Well, they are gonna reboot Bats for JLA, so he can be set in a less realistic setting, as opposed to Nolan's trilogy.
WHo knows, DS might have a role in it.
