Why don't they just use kagebunshin ?

In the last chapter tobirama said that he and fourth can only teleport two bijudama from the barrier in total.Why don't tobirama just do kagebunshin to teleport remaining bijudama ? Any thoughts ?

Because to do that they would have to split there chakra depending on the amount of clones they make. If they do make clones, they may not have enough chakra to warp the Bijuu Bombs, in fact, I'm sure they won't.
