Why don't they color the page in the manga?

Im pretty new to reading the manga, but the suspense from the anime is killing me. I've read it all now and I like it very much, but it sometimes seems very blurry what actually happens. I think it's because it's black and white, so my question is. Why don't why color it? I honestly don't get it.

Coloring takes time and costs a lot more money to print.

What all the others said: after Kishimoto delivers the rough draft of the chapter and it has the editor's approval, the team starts inking it and putting shades to it etc ... If they also had to colour those pages, then they would lose a lot of time. That's why mangas with a few coloured pages are so valuable. Colouring takes time and it costs money so that's why they don't colour it in.
