What makes you think kaidou, blackbeard, big mam and shanks have any interests in common? They wouldn't fight the WG for anyone's sake but their own and they are too prideful to solicit each others help in doing so. Even Whitebeard and Shanks who were on relatively good terms did not fight unite to save ace together.

That was a small fraction of the Marines. Lets not forget they didn't have
CP1,CP2,CP3,CP4,CP5,CP6,CP7,CP8,CP9 and CP0-Aegis there...

On top of that, neither Kong nor the Gorosei fought.

Plus, the Admirals and the Yonkou are on the same level. Considering there were 4 Admirals present, and the fact they did in actual fact completely annihilate the WB Pirates and allies, it would be a walkover against any Yonko now, with:
Kong, Sengoku, Garp, Sakazuki, Borsalino, Issho, Ryokugyu, 5 Gorosei, Mihawk, Kuma, Hancock, mystery Shichibukai and CP0 as well as all the Vice Admirals and any other very strong combatants we don't yet know about

Stomped? Dude the island was nearly destroyed, it was brutal.

The World Government could beat one of them with all their power but if the four were to unite they would crush the world government.

But all four hate each other, even Robin noted that pirate alliances typically end in betrayal.

They simply don't play well together.

WG has many people who as powerful as admirals.
As for now, you only aware of Navy.
For ex. fujitora and Ryokugyu was appointed as new admiral out of nowhere. they just pop-up. they didn't played any navy role before.

IF you talk about WB attack on navy base, Why WG waste there resources. But, Sengoku concerned about, If Red hair Joins the Fight.

If, 4 Emperors going to fight WG then, we will see almost maximum power of WG.
