Sure he lost durability in Curse mark, some power & speed due to the pseudo senjutsu boost. But he's arguably more agile given better precognition. Faster due to his stronger chakra in base w/o curse mark. & Can still fly via hawk. He just keeps getting better once Enton & Susanoo take the stage.

But like i said in my post above nothing really stops MS Sasuke from using his MS right at the start, he didn't against Bee because
he underestimated him or something. Moves i still disagree with. Sasuke could still summon snakes (though he lacks feats), could summon the hawk, (although yes his hawk shows up later), Can activate Kirin faster with Amaterasu. etc.
