Why don't Naruto characters ever change clothes?

Dude it's manga. You would have to draw every outfit.

They change out fit every time skip so if it skipped 3 years or so it would change outfit for example why kakashi has different clothes in the kyuubi attack then in the 3rd great ninja war. It is the manga's way of saying they are a considerably different age then that time with there other outfit.

I'm sure they wash their clothes regularly. It's probably easier for them to pull on the same outfit every time instead of constantly searching for a new one. You don't see them going to the toilet either or sleep much, because that doesn't add anything to the plot.
Plus well with the war now going on, I think that changing clothes is the least of their worries now ^^;
And it would be a pain in the ass for Kishimoto-sensei to constantly draw new clothes.

Actually they have different clothes but the close you see them wear regularly is for fighting which they usually do.

Most cartoons in general, not just anime, don't change outfits that much. It's just a hassle to draw.
