Why don't Kishi start Tsukuyomi?

Start Infinite Tsukuyomi already? So much benefits and it will make the Manga better;

- A more refined and focused plot, no more lag and sluggish chapters, just focused on Naruto vs Obito.

- It will get all other people out of the way. It will greatly increase plot production and acceleration.

IMO the worst thing any Mangaka can do is mash every character into one plot, then such dragging and plot inconvenience can happen.

The beginning of the Mugen Tsukuyomi is the biggest achievement for the Manga, it has to be well prepared and hyped about. This, or he just wants to lenghten the Arc. If you ask me, starting it now would be just about alright. But the start of it will also signal the end of this Manga, at least one of the last steps before it's end.

Sadly, this is how all villains seem like in movies and in anime. Bad guys are always trying to do plan so late because they are trying to make something perfect with the plan in which leads to them losing when they could have won.

I'm pretty sure that sooner or later Obito will be able to Launch the Jutsus and the blossom will Bloom, just to get Naruto and Obito in a 1vs1. Still im not quite sure if Naruto can break free of it since he's a jinchuuriki ..
If yes then there will be that mega 1vs1 and Final battle of the series or .. well like someone above me said : Hes gonna milk the manga

Obito is making himself vulnerable by trying to TnJ Naruto, when Naruto has mastered and perfected that move, and it will backfire.

As much as I want Obito to go down fighting, that's pretty much the road its heading to.
