Why doesn't the gif profile pic move when your post is shown?

Why doesnt my gif profile pic move when i see my post ? It moves when i visit my profile but stays still in threads/posts ?Lots of others have gif pics that appear under their name and even move when there name and pic is shown in the post ..then why doesn't mine ?

Ohh because it's just like that. All avatars that are gifs do that on profiles.
