Why doesn't Sasuke use shurikens?

he could throw one at an enemy, who'll usually try to parry, and end up right in their face. there's even more. if sasuke and a shuriken switch places, the shuriken will still be flying towards its target who's hands are now full of sasuke.

Sasuke could but doesn't use genjutsu/crows etc and hide shuriken and Kunai within the trail of the illusions like Itachi would.

What you say is true there are a lot more possibilities or combos. I guess the Uchiha power needs to be nerfed so others can stand a chance. You never know Sarada may demonstrate such crazy skills in the future.
