Why doesn't Sasuke use preta path ?

There's a difference here. Sasuke couldn't use the preta against Momo's bijuu dama when it was the perfect counter to it ofc if he was able to use it. Naruto on the other hand had to tank it and he did it without needing the RSM and save the village and Sasuke's ass. As for using RSM in their fight against Momoshiki, then neither Naruto nor Sasuke went all out against him as them working together was enough. He did use RSM against Momo though just not he full version of it. Not to mention Momo had absorbed part of his chakra and he was still exhausted from tanking that biju dama.

Nice fanfic all that's confirmed is Naruto can't use rsm show the scan where he's used it. He couldn't even counter the shikis and got captured. His life was in danger and he was being drained yet he couldn't use it to save his life. Therefore Naruto can't use it. Now leave you be fic at the door.

Edited my last post, you could also check Naruto, Sasuke vs Momo fight from the manga. He used it in the movie as well but Kishi disapproved the movie fight to his own so manga is canon.
Anyway you wouldn't know it even if I showed you the scan.

But let me clear a misunderstanding here, I am not saying Sasuke can't use preta cuz that'll be stupid cuz he already used it during VoTE 2. All I am saying is there's a limit to what preta can absorb.

Without nerfs, Sasuke would be dropping meteorites from space or using the outer path chains that can control bijuu.

Naruto and Sasuke are simply too over powered to not be nerfed for the sake of plot.
