Why doesn't Rinnengan get passed on to their kids?

I mean I don't get it, a Uchiha can have kids they can unlock their Sharingan, why can't Uchiha unlock Rinnengan?

I mean Hagoromo has Rinnengan but neither of his kids has Rinnengan.

Sasuke got Rinnengan but Sarada doesn't have Rinnengan

Madara got Rinnengan but doesn't have kids.

Only the transmigrants awaken the Rinnegan and no body else. The Rinnegan also had a high failure rate among the transmigrants. It simply can't be passed from parent to child. What can happen is that they can transplant it but Idk how they are going to be able to wield such a power.

Only the Sage of Six Path has Rinnegan. Madara awakens Rinnegan through the merging of Ashura and Indra chakra, bringing about the Sage of Six Path's chakra. Sasuke awakens Rinnegan through the transfer of Six Path chakra from the Sage of Six Paths.

OK,hagoromo was the only true rinnegan wielder. his children didn't get the rinnegan because his power was split between them,and needed to be combined for the rinnegan to surface.If it helps indra still inherited the sharingan.

Because Indra didn't have enough of Hagoromo's Yang energy to be born with Rinnegan chakra, but having Hagoromo's full Yin energy was enough for his genes to awaken the other half of Kaguya's dojutsu instead.

You don't need his chakra for the Rinnegan, just like you don't need Indra's chakra for the Sharingan, but since no one inherited it, getting his chakra/genes are the only way. As for Sasuke, his Rinnegan is a result of Hashirama's DNA, but that won't affect his *** cells, so it can't possibly be passed down.

The Rinne barely got to the point it did if not for the black goo & stealing or handouts. Kuchinawa didn't follow the whole Indra doing it on his own thing to awaken his powers to Madara's exstent.

Handouts is the reason for Kuchinawa's Rinne & stealing is why Madara got his Rinne. They didn't meet these requirements on their own so they went throgh other means.

The new gen has no chance at handling such power because the blood is going farther & farther away from it's original source. Kaguya/Hogo/Indra/Ashura.

They'll need special Tattoos! Kill joy!

Just because you genetically potentially share the same chakra, doesn't mean they will have the exact same ocular eyes. Besides the Sage, his brother and mother, there were 5 people in the series that gained hagoromoo chakra through 3 different means. Only two of them awakened the rinnegan and they were both incarnates with hagoromoo's chakra.

So in short, Hagoromoo/Rikudou chakr doesn't always mean instant rinnegan.

Literally no Uchiha has Indra's chakra besides himself and transmigrants and yet they all have Sharingan. Diluted or not, if it's not the same, then it's the chakra of the person born with it. You don't need Hagoromo's chakra in order to awaken the Rinnegan. If Kaguya had another child with the eyes it doesn't mean it and Hagoromo would have the same chakra.
