As you see he thinks to himself and says I CAN'T Travel tru dimension with the jubbi inside of me ... That can mean


1) he can still use it but not with the jubbi.
2) he can still use it but not with the jubbi.

Is there really another option ??

Obito aready had trouble like this Before when He got head butted by Naruto, He could not teleport out Naruto's way He said so. The Chakra from Kurama was interfering, He can't get to close to Naruto, so now He has the Juubi in Him that chakra is now interfering with His teleportation, the same way your cell phone would not work if you stood next to a Nuclear Reactor,interference would not let you call out. It's a trade off.
