why doesnt naruto look like the nine tails when he enters bijuu mode like when bee goes in he looks like the actual eight tails naruto just has the chakra cloak....is it just so we dont lose the face of naruto or what? or is just a more op version cause he can share chkara and shit idk what do u think?

He doesn't have both Kyuubis sealed inside of him. He's using some of Minatos Kyuubi chakra, but he doesn't completely have both.

Yang kurama is inside of naruto, yang is physical energy, meaning that it is life. The physical form of kurama should have already manifested itself, the fact that it didnt tells us that the seal which keeps kurama inside of naruto is special.

If we look at yin chakra, it produces spiritual beings (similar to BM) such as susanoo. Yang chakra on the other hand is what turns chakra into life (grows trees). Therefore yang kurama should just look like a smaller kurama if the reason was because they split.

Btw to the people who say that not having full kurama is the reason why he looks like that then why didnt he look like that after minato had sealed half away?
