Why doesnt Naruto or Kakashi remember Silly Tobi?

Theyve been fightning for a year and no one mentioned why Obito was acting all stupid before. I think it would be funny if Naruto or Kakashi called him out on that.

I know theyve figured out it was all an act buy Madara doesnt know. Like Naruto could just mention it and Madara questions an annoyed Obito who tires to change the subject. Act or not you cant take Obito seriously if you recall that.
