Why doesn't Naruto fully turn into Kurama ?

I dont get it, why do all other Jinchuuriki turn into a full Bijuu, but Naruto can't, even though he got control of Kurama ?
Is it because his Chakra is different or what ?

I don't know, maybe because the other half of his chakra was with minato

controlling it's chakra is better than controlling it's body .. big body can be a problem for flexibility .... not to mention that naruto cannot kage bunshin Kurama to make diversions ... and the other jins probably doesn't have the biju cloak like naruto ! cuz if they had .. they'd use it !

Who knows, the chakra avatar is better though. More flexible and probably uses both Naruto and Kurama's chakra instead of Kurama only using its chakra ( I think).

It could be to project from attack.. Or 'cause Sasuke has Susanoo (chakra cloak) then Naruto has chakra cloak mode with kyuubi

I believe it's because kurama serves as naruto's avatar

It's clear that he is the reincarnation of ashura
Same with hashirama it was shown that ashura had an avatar that had 3 faces of a fox
I just believe that all of the reincarnations had their own thing

I'm confused how Naruto received both Kurama yin and yang. I remember him getting the Yin side though and I thought his Yang was taken from Madara.
