Just because he absorbed the tailed beasts doesn't necessarily mean he'll get it. While you ask that question I could also ask why Naruto doesn't have a Byakugan seeing as he has a bit of each of them inside him too. Even still, he's got the Rinnegan and it's not like his eyes will downgrade.
