Why doesn't Madara use the same ability that Tobi uses

If Tobi and Madara are somehow connected shouldn't Madara be able to use the same "one jutsu" since its clear that it is a sharingan ability. I think Sasuke will end up learning Tobi's ability.

It's a 'Special' Sharingan Ability. So Madara Cant use it. The Way I figure it is Everyone is REALLY Good at 1 Sharingan Ability. Tobi=Space Time. Sasuke=Blaze Release. And So on... Welcome to the base btw ^.^​

^This. Many MS techniques are unique to the user, or at least to that users eye. While they can be transferred, you can't necessarily learn another person's MS technique is you have MS.

It is because the Kamui Jikukan Ninjutsu is the exclusive ability of Obito's Mangekyo Sharingan , Just like how Tsukuyomi and Enton (Blaze Release) are exclusive abilities to both Itachi and Sasuke's Mangekyo Sharingan respectively .
so as far as we know , since Tobi has Obito's Mangekyo Sharingan just like Kakashi .. Him and Kakashi are the only two that can perform that right now since Obito is dead .

Tobi just recently used kamui otherwise he was using his regular sharingan everytime he did the s/t ninjutsu that he uses. I'm saying before the last chapter how is it assumed that its a mangekyou sharingan ability and not something a normal sharingan user can learn.

No no , it's just that Kishi didn't reveal Tobi's Mangekyo earlier ..to not confirm that he was in fact using Obito's Mangekyo just like Kakashi , Tobi's S/T ninjutsu is from the Mangekyo not from the ordinary 3 tomoe ..If you don't believe me , show me one scan from the manga where Tobi's eyes are shown while he is using the S/T ..the difference between his and Kakashi's jutsu , is just that what Tobi has is designed for close range and what Kakashi has is for long-mid range .

i have to disagree with you there. and it is basically because you are wrong. its only obito's eyes that are connected and it seems both kakashi and tobi have one each.
