Why doesn't Kakashi use more Secret Techniques

Wait, there's no way Kakashi can use all 5 elements. I thought the only person who could do that had to have the Rinnegan? I don't think he has wind, we've seen him use Earth, Water, Lightning, and Fire right? Maybe he has wind instead of Fire.

Ahhh......**** I don't know.

His affinities are lightning, earth and water. If you include the anime then it also includes fire. He might as well just get Rinnegan, use all five chakra types and call it a day
