These farce theories they're coming up with aren't making any sense bro.
It's easy to figure out that Kishi never had the Tenseigan in mind until after the end of Shippuden.
Unless they're saying Tenseigan is suppose to be some mutation. And if it is, how is it stronger than Kaguya's own Byakugan. Isn't that implying the more your blood is diluted the better your doujutsu becomes?
Which is what the above comments sadly are implying.
Since Hamura is the first to naturally have it, then it has to be a genetic mutation. A mutation doesn't specifically mean dilution, it just means a change, which can be either an advantage or disadvantage.
