Why doesnt Kaguya have the Tenseigan?

It's easy to figure out that Kishi never had the Tenseigan in mind until after the end of Shippuden.

Unless they're saying Tenseigan is suppose to be some mutation. And if it is, how is it stronger than Kaguya's own Byakugan. Isn't that implying the more your blood is diluted the better your doujutsu becomes?

Which is what the above comments sadly are implying.

Since Hamura is the first to naturally have it, then it has to be a genetic mutation. A mutation doesn't specifically mean dilution, it just means a change, which can be either an advantage or disadvantage.

How can Useless + Powerful = Extremely powerful? Theres no way a human can create such an OP mutation. Also, its stated that you need Byakugan + Otsutsuki chakra to awaken it. Kaguya has both, she should be able to awaken it.

Ever heard of a kid named Gohan? Until Super ruined it he was supposed to be stornger than anyone due soley to his human heritage.

Why would he not be born with it if he inherently met the requirements anyway?

While this Statement was made before we got the Ototsuki Plotline BlackZetsu stated that both Hagoromo and Madara awakened the Rinnegan at some point.

Even so, shouldnt all hyugas be able to awaken the tenseigan because of this? They are apparently directly related to Hamura, meaning they should still have otsutsuki chakra and mutation in them, right? They couldnt have lost the chakra from cross-breeding since they still have the byakugan, which shouldve been also lost from cross breeding. This is all one big mess :T_T:

But also I'm not sure where the idea that everything that is diluted is worse. It's not a ****ing drink, it's a complex biological randomizer that takes in many factors that I don't understand.

That would make sense if Kaguya had a child with another person with her powers, not someone weaker than her. Their genetics would be at most 70% like hers, so obtaining a kekkei genkai that is stronger than Kaguyas powers (which are 100%) doesnt make sense.
How can 70% Kaguya > 100% Kaguya?

Kaguya + Kaguya = tenseigan makes sense, but Kaguya + weak human = tenseigan???

I think Tenseigan was created for that specific arc it might not even have been thought of at the time Kaguya was decided to be the villain.

Well she is already too strong so Kaguya having it would´t change anything that much.

Also when you think about it all those KKG in the end come from Kaguya , all power comes from her, yet she doesn´t have all those power despite the fact it all originates from her.

Also we don´t know when Kishi came with idea of introducing Tenseigan as eye power, so maybe it was too late .

It was clearly stated that Tenseigan is awakened through Hyuuga Eyes and Ototsuki Chakra.

Tenseigan is unique to Hamura just like Rinnegan is unique to Hagoromo. His off spring also needs the eye of Indra and the Body of Ashura to awaken his eye powers.

kaguya's rinne-sharingan = rinnegan + sharingan
