Why doesn't Kabuto or Orochimaru use Edo Tensei to revive these Ninjas [SPOILER]

Why doesn't Kabuto or Orochimaru revive Chiyo and Nagato? I mean Chiyo and Nagato both have revival jutsu, so let say if Nagato is edo tensei, wouldn't Nagato be able to revive people?

What about Chiyo as an Edo Tensei wouldn't she able to revive?

In theory Nagato and Chiyo should be able to revive infinite times, they possess Chakra even as Edo Tensei so they don't lack chakra.

Rinnegan Edo Tensei isn't the genuine thing. Even Madara commented on it. Otherwise he could have probably brought himself back to life.

Yes Chiyo as an Edo Tensei may have been able to use her revival jutsu but it all depends on what the ET caster decides upon. Kabuto didn't want her to use her revival jutsu because say she broke Kabuto's control like Itachi did then it would be a huge problem for Kabuto. I also don't think that an ET user is at his full potential like Nagato the dude was nerfed so hard as an ET. He got sealed with Itachi's Totsuka with one stab also Itachi Amaterasu'd the shit out of his dog summon so I don't think they can be able to revive people infinitely.

Chiyo gives her own life force to revive people. You don't have a life force with an edo body, because you're not actually alive in the real sense of the word.

Because he was forbidden by Sasuke to do anything without his consent. If Sasuke were to find out, he'd murder him. It's not that Orochimaru can't do it - he's just too afraid of him.
