Why doesn't anyone in Naruto Verse notice that Kisame looks ****ed up?

I guess that was not surprising for them? I mean they have an snake man so why would they be surprise at a shark man? and they also have people that are just like dogs, kiba for example, its just something normal in the ninja world.

the plant guy will be explained at some point i think. the puppet guy isnt so farfetched since we've already seen puppets. all he did was replace each body part with puppet parts. i dont know how to explain deidara. i think hes ****ed up like kisame. konan's paper is a jutsu. the immortal guy was granted immortality by his god. the 5 heart guy uses a jutsu to do that.

For me Zetsu is the one who's ****ed up the most. Kisame looks like a shark because of his clan I think, but I'm not sure.
The ninjas are used to weirdos, comes with the variety of jutsu's and clans

According to Narutopedia Zetsu, or at least his white half, was created using cells from Hashirama Senju and plants as a medium.
I couldn't discover much about Kisame's appearance on Narutopedia, except that his looks are identical to the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, which makes kind of sense.

thats what ive been saying!!! and everyones always like "he just has shark like traits because he summons sharks, like how naruto has those whiskers on his face when he has a demon fox inside of him" but thats dumb as shit........hes ****ing half shark half human and we need an explanation on that already.
