The Susano'o argument doesn't work because Susano'o is created from special chakra whereas Rotation is just spinning + releasing chakra. Again Naruto has the chakra control to replicate this feat. It doesn't necessarily has to be the Hyuuga rotation but this feat is pretty much an easy Task to all god level characters.

Rotation is a KKG. Naruto can't replicate it lmfao. Are we really going to have to argue this when we already learned in Part 1 this shit isn't possible for even the Sharingan?
