[Question] Why does usopp consider chopper weaker than him?

When usopp met nami after the time skip he said "im no longer in the weak catogery as you and chopper"

Why did he say that?
Chopper can kung fu point usopp easily!

I think he meant as opposed to the 3 of them before the timeskip. Besides, dd Usopp even know about Kung Fu point at that time? I don't exactly remember when Usopp said this.

Lol.I nearly started watching the anime.I'm on episode 56.and I say this cause who gives a Danm about ussop he is lame.puffy and sorrow are cool tho.I'm debating of wether or not continuing with the story.do you guys seriously recommend it?so far all the boss battles have been kinda lame.I like luffies character I wish naruto could be like him at this point in his manga.just picture it even on the white dimension their in naruto(luffy) just says "I'm gunna kick your a$$". Instead of tnj.

Lol, Usopp has gotten stronger but he is still part of the weak trio alongside Nami & Chopper. Look at it this way, look at who took on which enemy in fishman island. Usopp took the small-midget which had sharp teeth and Nami took on fodders whilst Chopper took on that other tall guy which looks considerable strong.

But it all depends on the circumstances. Like someone said, one person's weakness is the other person's strength. So, your statement of Usopp > Chopper = BS U_U
