Why does Tsunade drink on the job?

Haven't made a Tsunade thread in like a week.

So can someone tell me why she drinks on the job of Hokage?

Kind of a bad role model.

Sake is one of Tsunades favourite drinks.She is drinking a lot, when she is depressed or stressed.
Although she is the Hokage,she can't overcome that passion.
