Why does Tsunade cry after knowing about Kakashi's demise ( Pain's invasion)?

I know i should have asked this question a long time ago but anyway,
why does tsunade cry ( or get depressed something like that) after knowing that kakashi is dead?? and she wasn't able to speak when naruto asked about kakashi?
I can't figure it out yet so any help please??:nuts:

i think the solution is right here, Tsunade blundered on Naruto's 2 senseis, remember what Naruto said "if Jiraiaya was hokage he wouldn't let Tsunade die and then kakashi die 2, she must have felt like a big.......cr...waste XD you all get the point

but many other shinobi got injured and died, why didn't she cry then, why was she not able to speak( n would have probably wept judging the way her lips were shaking) when naruto asked about kakashi?
