why does the third hokage have water style in NSUNS3?

i went into the awakening today i saw it lolol wow never knew the third had three chakra natures

common error xd however it was said in the manga and anime that the third was the god shinobi, in other words he was the best in his time. to be the best you need to know a lot of jutsu, remember thats why oro needed edo tensei. the third had learnt ever jutsu in the hidden leaf village!!! that includes all elements

For those who are saying that he knows all techniques of the Leaf, you are wrong.

First, he doesn't have Water Release, Lightning Release and Wind Release, which means he doesn't know any technique based on these.

Second, he doesn't know the village's Hidden techniques.

And third, he most certainly doesn't know the village's Kekkei Genkais.

He doesn't use rasengan because It was Jiraiya's jutsu that he created, and there was possibly some secrecy there. I believe he could manipulate all the natures though. He wasn't called hokage for his earth wall or fire stream.
