Why does the rasengan hit Obito?

I dont understand. So Obito can nullify chakra attacks, Rasengan is a chakra attack. But if youre in Sage mode when you do it he cant do anything about it? I dont understand

sage mode chakra, is more complex and harder to control than normal ninjutsu chakra (which obito is used to ) so this is something different

It's a Senjutsu chakra enhanced attack, and Senjutsu attacks work on him.

because sage mode shares the same chakra as obito if obito negates senjutsu chakra he would negate his own so a senjutsu powered rasengan hits

He doesn't nullify chakra he nullify's ninjutsu and naruto is using senjutsu(natural energy).

you're underestimating the power of sage mode. a sage mode attack is leagues beyond normal ninjutsu. even S-rank ninjutsu.

Sage Natural Energy Rasengan is above regular chakra remember what Kurama told Naruto chapters ago The Juubi Energy its power were Natural Energy too. Naruto hit it with the same energy,Obito has no defense against Natural Energy.
