Why does Sasuke use his chidori on his left hand?

From what I've seen he uses his right hand when fighting with his sword which made me believe he is right handed but then he used is left hand for chidori.

Is he ambidextrous or something? :)

When fighting with his blade he can't use chidori with his right hand so he needs his left one to use chidori. Since he fights pretty often witha sword, he probably got accustomed with using chidori with his left hand and so he always does it with left.

That is my theory

Because he learnt chidori with his left hand and he's more used to it and I guess he just chooses to use his right hand for his sword
