The point is sasuke=/= obito. idgaf what obito failed to do as sasuke is far superior to him in all matters of speed and has a jutsu (ameno) to counter kamui

As you can see, after kakashi had initiated kamui, obito was able to initiate his own attack with the stake as well meaning he did react, kakashi's was just quicker than the stake in getting to naruto. so even the kamui speed you are wanking was even reacted to and by someone slower and inferior to sasuke smh. Replace sasuke with obito and

-He uses amenotejikara and warps behind kakashi while escaping his kamui attempt at the same time
-He blasts him away with shinra tensei (assuming he can use it which he should according to db and manga)

Not only is sasuke faster than obito, he has the jutsus to counter as well.
