Why does sasuke have rinnegan in one eye only?

Ok i have Four choices for this reason

1. Madara is going to steal it and his eye will be complete

2. Obito's favor to sakura is to take his rinnegan and give to sasuke, so this will set-up for a zetsu vs sakura thing or just for her to go to the battlefield

3. Its the same eye has kaguya's/juubi's

4.So he can switch between sharigan attacks and rinnegan attacks, because i heard someone say that you lose,some of your sharigan techinques when you get the rinnegan (im not sure if its true or not)

I FORGOT ONE MORE

5. If he didint use his sage powers yet and he unlocked it from the hashirama chakra and the hashirama cells that kabuto used to heal him

but i dont think it is choice three because, if kishimoto wanted sasuke to have the eyes of kaguya, why didint he just give sasuke two byakugans and horns and a sha(rin)engans, just like kaguya had? or just give him sha(rin)engans in both eyes
