Why does sakura love sauske?

I'm pretty sure Sasuke told Kakashi/Naruto/and Sakura he was going to kill a "certain" man back in the first few manga chapters. However, I never realized he told her specifically alone. Care to show me where? I'd be interested in reading it.




I don't really understand what that has to do with Sakura loving Sasuke though. What exactly does Sakura love about Sasuke that begs the question "Why would she wait for him, cry for him, and try to even kill him to save himself from hatred?



We both know that "little" is a lot. Sakura was only interested in Sasuke for his looks in the beginning. I mean that's what kept it going until it evolved into her "understanding" his feelings or what-ever people try to come up with for this pairing.

Most pairings should have an established view point on one side, or better yet both sides on why they love each-other (or just have feelings). I just haven't seen the reason for this pairing yet. I mean I understand if she "understands" his pain and so forth, but most of their interaction was half done which led people to believe their pairing was over. It should of been developed clear like you said.

Why are some people so stuck up on why she loves him? Kishi never expanded on her reason for loving him, but her love for him is a huge part of her character and in my opinion it reflects positively on her character in a sense that she never wavered. People bash her for it but I view it as loyalty to a friend and a dear person, it did pay off in the end did it not?

It started as a crush, but then they became teammates it grew and she started to really care for him. Knowing the "reason" for her love is pretty pointless at this point as she proved that her love is genuine on many occasions and that's all that is needed. Two people that genuinely love each other can have a family, obsessing over the reason for that love is not necessary.

Even kishi feels uncomfortable with it and tries to cover it up saying "love needs no reason". Maybe the reason sakura developed an obsession was because sasuke was the complete opposite of herself, hot as opposed to herself being ugly and popular as opposed to herself being an outcast. I don't like SS, I don't even support any pairing but I can see why Sakura loves Sasuke. Sasuke in Part one wasn't the same douche that he was in Shippuden. To make it simple

It started out as a crush, During there times as team 7 Sakura got to know Sasuke better and after a while Sasuke showed that he cared about her and Naruto like against Zabuza, Forest of death and against Gaara where he was willing to give up his life for Naruto and Sakura and he considered them his friends and trusted comrades. Sakura's feelings grew for Sasuke during there time as Team 7 and she started to love him.

She doesn't have to understand his past or share a similar past to love him. He told her that he was willing to live a life in konoha if not for his goals cause he is not like her or Naruto and she understood when he said "you're annoying" after he had said he didn't remember the first time they met earlier, she understood he was lying about that, so she understands that darkness had taken over him and it was not his true self. She kept beliving in the Sasuke that came to care for his team.

Tbh how is naruto any different in that sense? Sasuke shut him down countless times, heck he put a chidori right through his heart, hellbent on killing him. If not for the kyuubi healing naruto would be dead yet he still runs after him screaming his name. Sasuke attacks him again at early part 2 and was going to strike him down with his blade yet naruto cries after that and still is hellbent on bringing him back to the point he begins training for frs. Naruto is just like sakura in that regard, he treated both badly but they still have hope for him yet sakura is the only one being called out for that. All what you said can be easily reversed to Naruto and it would fit. Fact is they both saw sasuke as what he used to be rather than what he allowed himself become, Sakura wouldn't give up on him
