Hinata didn't force Naruto in anyway to be in a relationship, while Sakura wanted Sasuke to be in a relationship no matter what, basically being forced.

Hinata liked everything about Naruto, while Sakura only cared about his looks and grade.

Are Sakura and Sasuke in love? For the sake of a story I'm going to say yes. But have we had any good evidence to even believe they're in love? No.

SS is just horribly written and that's all it is. It's a pairing that should have ended with some good character development for Sakura but she didn't get that either so. They don't even have something as simple as photos together. I mean I know Sasuke suppose to be this emotionally cut off distant mysterious bad boy but he couldn't even kiss his WIFE after god knows how long they've been apart? It's just utter BS and terrible writing.

I don't even think Kishimoto likes SS otherwise he would have done more for the pairing. He already planned for them together, messed up their development and just went with it. He could have easily had Karin end up with Sasuke and have the same Sarada result. Oh well. They're canon. It is what it is.

Hinata is bad from a meta POV, but in-universe, she's fine as a person.

Madara's the opposite. He's a good character, but a bad person.

Sakura is trash either way you look at it.

Hinata and Sakura are were both made as love interests, don't go fooling yourself that Sakura was ever meant to be anything beyond "Gurl on Team 7", in the same vein as Tenten to Team Gai, Kishimoto himself admitted he had no plans for Sakura and she was shoe horned in just to have a female lead. Hinata, on the other hand, was very 3 dimensional in part 1, but that all fell apart in part 2, much like several other characters and story elements. Needless to say, by the end of the series, while Hinata, unlike Sakura, had great potential to be a very 3D character, both ended up as house wives, but at the least one has a good relationship in terms of meta and in-universe POV, while the other doesnt.

Murders VS saving each others lives.
Insults left and right VS Praise and encouragement from both sides.
Abuse VS Affectionate hand-holding and kisses.
A decade+ of separation VS a decade+ of living together.
No physical affection VS kisses, hand holding, dates, and hugs.
No understanding of one another in even the most basic levels VS being able to understand each other by eye contact alone.
One sided love based on nothing but looks VS both parties loving each other for how they help each other grow as people.
Husband that spends all his time away from his family VS husband that at least tries to occasionally spend time with his wife and kids.

Unlike some people I wouldn't use a 2D character as a spokesperson for a certain gender, these characters are only fictional and Sakura didn't justify Sasuke's attacks or commend them.
